2025년 나노종합기술원 고경력 전문가 활용사업 성과 교류회에서
TGS가 참여 중인「열전도도 600 W/m·K급 메탈-탄소 복합 DBC 고방열 부품 개발」이
우수 성과 과제로 소개되어 홍보 발표가 진행되었습니다.

TGS는 2025년 10월 29일(수)부터 31일(금)까지 일산 킨텍스에서 열린
「2025 소부장뿌리기술대전(Tech Inside Show 2025)」에
KIAT(한국산업기술진흥원) 주관, 한국탄소나노산업협회 공동관으로 참가했습니다.

이번 전시에서 TGS는 Cu–Diamond(arCuDia) 방열기판을 선보이며,
다양한 산업 분야의 전문가 및 참관객들로부터 큰 관심을 받았습니다.

이번 전시는 양산성능향상과제 수행 기업의 주요 성과를 공유하고,
고열전도 소재 분야에서의 기술 경쟁력을 알릴 수 있는 뜻깊은 자리였습니다.

앞으로도 TGS는 혁신적인 방열소재 기술로 글로벌 시장을 선도하겠습니다.
